Rhythmic Movement and Mindfullness Therapy in Boxtel region ( Den Bosch, Tilburg, Eindhoven)
This therapy requires that you spend one and a half hour, preferably in the early morning, to be in the nature to do rhythmic movement and while in movement do mental exercises whereby you reflect, contemplate, repeating affirmative thoughts and positive thinking. Both the rhythmic movement and mental exercises are structured and repetitive. The mind exercises are specific and would have to be formed by a deeper inderstanding of your personal needs and the barriers that you repeatedly encounter in your life. Fears that we may or may not be aware of are mostly the root cause of internal and external barriers that we experience in our daily lives. It mostly involves identifying them and disabeling them. This is a process that is continual, and needs daily practice to effect any permanent change in the long term. This therapy is effective both daily and in the long term. You will experience the positive effects immediately en able to evaluate for yourself making fine adjustments to how you structure this practice, for both body and mind.
